Special Projects
Airco’s Special Projects Group was formed to support our clients’ fast-track needs. We understand that smaller projects are often in occupied buildings and require the same level of care and attention to detail as larger work. Our focus includes tenant improvements, equipment changeouts, and specialized projects. We are equipped and organized to handle complex, fast-paced situations, with much of our work coming from long-standing repeat clients.
Service and Maintenance
The Airco Service Department supports all aspects of operating and maintaining existing commercial buildings. Our involvement often begins with commissioning and startup for new construction or special projects. We specialize in custom maintenance programs that keep equipment finely tuned, operating efficiently, minimizing downtime, and extending equipment life.
Airco Service Technicians
Airco technicians complete an extensive five-year training program while gaining hands-on experience alongside seasoned journeymen. Our union technicians also receive factory training from manufacturers and distributors, ensuring they stay current with today’s evolving technologies.
