3-story 110,000 SF medical office building. Ground floor houses an OSHPD 3 infusion suite, a compounding pharmacy, and a medical imaging center including two MRIs, CT, PET, mammography, ultrasound, and x-ray.

The major rooftop mechanical equipment for the project includes:

• Four Rooftop Air Handling Units
• One air-source heat pump
• One air cooled chiller
• Two air source heat-recovery heat pumps.
• There is a primary and secondary loop for both the chilled water and hot water systems.
• Exhaust systems for the building include three general exhaust fans , two hazardous area exhaust fans.
• Domestic water services for the building include a centralized domestic hot water plant with two heat pump water heaters.
