This project involved the construction of a 35,000 sq ft facility within an existing building, including 20,000 sq ft of new Class 10,000 cleanroom space and 15,000 sq ft dedicated to infrastructure, equipment, and supporting utilities.

The mechanical scope included the installation of multiple air handling systems, cleanroom cooling units, HEPA fan filter units, and comprehensive HVAC distribution systems. Additional systems included chilled and heating water distribution, exhaust systems (including acid, ammonia, and VOC treatment), and a wide range of process utilities such as compressed air, vacuum systems, and process cooling water.

The project also incorporated specialized systems for ultrapure water, industrial wastewater collection and treatment, and bulk chemical supply. Supporting infrastructure such as hydronic piping, plumbing, and cleanroom air barriers were also included.

Central Utility Plant work included the installation of high-capacity chillers, cooling towers, and boiler systems, along with associated pumping systems to support overall facility operations.
