Designed and delivered a 15,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for UC Davis Health, including new infusion, pharmacy, and interventional psychiatry clinics. Mechanical scope included three air handler units, rooftop exhaust fans, venturi valves for pharmacy clean rooms, and VFDs. The clinics feature 14 infusion chairs, five TMS chairs, and six ketamine treatment rooms, supporting advanced therapies and a patient-focused, spa-like environment.
