The UC Davis Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC) represents a forward-thinking approach to sustainable building design. The TLC achieved LEED Gold certification, surpassing its initial LEED Silver target, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and innovative design.

Auditorium Systems:
- Rooftop air handling unit with run-around heat recovery serving displacement air system. CFD was performed to ensure proper delivery of ventilation and conditioned air to all occupants.
Classroom and Office Systems:
- Rooftop air-to-air heat recovery DOAS unit
- Ceiling mounted radiant heating and cooling panels
- HVLS fans for improved thermal comfort and radiant system effectiveness.
