About Us

Mr. Jones has experience in almost every department at Airco Mechanical, Inc. He has been a team member at Airco Mechanical, Inc. since 1994. Raised in the construction industry, Mr. Jones holds his own Contractor’s License. In addition to his tenure at Airco, Mr. Jones spent a number of years working in the capacity of a superintendent and project manager for a local general contracting firm.

Ms. Hillenbrand serves as CFO, directing all aspects of corporate financial strategy and operational administration. With decades of specialized construction accounting experience, she delivers a proven track record of financial leadership. Her executive oversight encompasses corporate accounting, financial reporting, surety, banking relationships, risk management, and human resources. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Joann is deeply committed to advancing the construction sector through education and community leadership. Since 2019, she has served as an online faculty instructor for the UC Davis Extension Construction Management Program, teaching Construction Accounting & Financial Management. She also actively leads local non-profit organizations, dedicating her time to mentoring and developing the next generation of construction accounting professionals.

Chris leads Preconstruction activities at Airco Mechanical, directing the Engineering and Estimating departments with a focus on advancing the company’s design-build project capabilities. With deep expertise in mechanical systems and a commitment to operational excellence, he drives the integration of engineering intelligence and transparent cost development that positions Airco to deliver complex projects and responsible proposals.

Cory Bangs is a distinguished leader of Airco Mechanical’s Special Projects and Service Divisions in both our Sacramento Valley and Bay Area Markets. He uses his more than 25 years of industry experience to guide his division’s strategic direction while ensuring operational efficiency across the board. At the core of Cory’s leadership philosophy is a strong emphasis on client satisfaction. His teams operate in a wide spectrum of high-profile, mission-critical facilities which require an extra level of attention. His commitment to transparency and integrity ensures that clients receive honest and reliable results which reinforces Airco Mechanical’s position as a trusted partner in the industry.

David brings 10 years of safety experience to the team as Airco’s Safety Manager and is eager to share his knowledge. As a certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), David ensures all personnel understand Airco’s commitment to safety and that our employees are in compliance with all regulations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). David works closely with the superintendents and foremen to mitigate safety risks.
